But do you know what makes our bubbles so enjoyable?

PROSECCO BRUT, EXTRA DRY AND VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA BRUT are all made with85 percent Glera and 15 percent Pinot Noir to give the wine greater elegance and structure that is immediately noticeable.

Pinot Noir is a more complex red berry variety, this results in longer aging with a resounding result!

Our Prosecco Rosè Brut also has the same percentages of grape varieties with the important difference of maceration in contact with the skins to extract the typical rosé color.

The pleasantness, rose hue and typical aromaticity of the Rosé are guaranteed by this process, strictly followed by our Winemaker.
